Default carbs help

well i have my sv only a short time and i love it but i want to service her if i take off the carbs and strip and clean them do i have to use some gauge to sync them again r do i aonly need to do this if i mess with the air screws

If you're removing them from the bike, I'd synch them as one of the last steps in the operation.

balancing is required, do a search on carbtune, all been covered before.

i have a thing called colortune its a thing were u screw wat looks like a spark plug in then start the bike u then mess with airscrews till a viewin window shows a blue flame would that do

No that's only for setting mixture, you need to "Balance" the each carb against the other one.

at the risk of repeating myself, do a search on carbtune.

yea checked it im broke so no balancing for few weeks is it hard to do

have you been to any SV meets ? spoken to anyone in the regional section ?, ask really nicely and someone may lend you some or even show you how to do it ?
