Didn’t bore the spacer big enough to clear the retaining pin on the cap washer. Will install with old spacer in until tomorrow when I can make it a bit bigger. Went with approx 95mm air gap

Bikes back together now, thankfully. Forks looks so much better. Will be boring the spacers out again tomorrow and will swap them over. Then i can change the shock out. I won’t get chance to set the sag etc until next weekend as we’re on local lockdown here again so I have no helper. But At least I can fit the shock while I wait. I also broke the guard that goes over the dust cover on one of my forks, so I will have to think of something as I’m not taking it back off again . Save that for winter it’s not that far away

Looks and feels great now. Haven’t set sag etc yet. Just that to do and the new shock to go in
