Biker Faces Jail For, ahem Speeding...

You kind of forgot to mention that he was also banned from driving at the time of doing it.
Serves him right really. It is, after all, people like him who drive our insurance premiums up and give us bad names.

Waste of time and money. Should have got a fine, community service & had his bike confiscated IMHO - get less than that for stealing a bike.
