Default Number plates.... How small

Hi all,

I want to remove the super sized number plate and get a smaller one that is "in keeping" with the tail tidy.... How small can you go before the police get upset and pull you over??

Anyone been pulled for a small number plate??

Thanks

DD

Had a plate a couple of inches too small on my last bike and never had a problem, even when I got pulled for speeding. Suppose it depends how draconian the police in your area are.

Ive had a 7x5 for nearly 6 years with no troubles to date. Used to have a 7x3, but they got a bit funny about that

Mine's 7x5 as well, or thereabouts... No problems at all, even when I've been stopped for other stuff It probably helps that it looks like standard, same font etc.

I like the size on mine.

Ok, I know it's a bit unreadable, but that's another story!
