Ladies in tight lycra...
I knew that would get your attention you bunch of pervs!
Now you are here I wanted you to know our very own Orger Coolgirl (Debs) is running the London Marathon tomorrow for Guide Dogs. For anyone who doesn't know, Debs had to give up her bike licence when she lost her sight due to a rare disease. She still comes to our bike meets though and occasionally rides pillion with one of us. These days she's swapped her SV for an adorable black lab called Lewis. He doesn't have to run 26 miles, Debs has a sighted guide with her for that. If you are going to watch the marathon tomorrow then please look out for Debs and give her a shout out of support. Her race number is 40891. Better still, if you'd like to help her reach her total - and she's pretty close - then you can donate her: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/Deborah-Persaud1

Best of luck Debs! I still remember the stretching tips you gave me when I go to the gym

Re: Ladies in tight lycra...
Good luck deb's. I can't imagine running a marathon let alone with a sight condition.

I just knew a title like that was clickbait but probably worth a look. Good luck to Debs today.

Re: Ladies in tight lycra...
Not only did she successfully complete the marathon, raise money, start a new and demanding job and remain charming, she and Catrin her running partner guide also found it in them to help a seriously flagging runner complete the last two miles.
She's almost at her target fundraising but needs a little bit more. Can you donate a little?

Re: Ladies in tight lycra...
Debs has asked me to pass on a big thank you to the Orgers who donated. She really appreciates every bit of support.

Re: Ladies in tight lycra...
Glad to know she got through it and hit her target. She has more gumption than I have!
