Painting Front Sprocket cover SV K9 Black
Has anyone else ever considered painting the silver plastic front sprocket cover Black, I have a fully faired K9, Just wondered if anyone had done this and did they have any problems with Paint peeling off or removing it as gear selector is in way??

Re: Painting Front Sprocket cover SV K9 Black
It's some sort of plastic which can be a nightmare to paint properly, just use a curvy one they're black to start with

Re: Painting Front Sprocket cover SV K9 Black
Might be some small difference in cosmetic shaping or something but I'm pretty sure they fit.

Mark, how about doing a carbon wrap on it? It could look very cool in carbon.

Re: Painting Front Sprocket cover SV K9 Black
Thats exactly what I wanna do shame the pointy has a silver engine so wanna black out as much as I can. Did you spray engine covers as well. Did you undercoat or just sand and spray? Looks good
