Default fuel tank breather

hi everyone ...can anyone tell me if its normal 4 a k8 2 drip small amounts of fuel thru the breather when stationary b4 i go back 2 dealer thanks

Is this happening all the time? Are you trying to get too much fuel in the tank?

mostly in warm weather. tank is nearly empty light just come on

corrosion!!!!!!! I don't know about pointy's, but had/have a similar issue with my curvy.

The breather pipe runs through the tank and has corroded through on my bike causing it the drip fuel, I've just bodged a repair with some tube and some pet-seal (Still looking for a good black curvy tank). My guess is the because the breather for the rad on the curvy T's into the breather for the fuel tank, condesation builds up and causes corrosion.

mine dosnt drip.and i really really cant see your tank being corroded on K8 model so i dont think that will be the cause.

Not good, pressure test tube and see if it fizzes the fuel with a full tank.

But a manufacturing defect is also a possibilty if they haven't bonded the tube into the tank properly.
