Easy peasy - especially to someone who will soon pass a motorcycle maintenance course

As for NSLs - I thought they were all unrestricted at any time?!

As far as i remember, it's just a case of getting your hand in there, pulling off the rubber seal and the plug, unclipping the bulb and replacing it. No bodywork needs removing

Depends on how big your hands are

Without meaning to sound thick,, put my hand in where? Mr Haynes reckons the fairing needs to come off!
I will probably do this anyway cos i want to replace a cracked indicator which could be done at the same time.

Afterthought - replacing indicator may be tempting fate, i'll probably just drop it again!!

Put your hand down the hole the forks go down, then towards the headlight area. I'm fairly sure that's how its done, but having not had bodywork on mine for about 18 months I can't remember much

I can get my hand in there but cant find the rubber panels the bulbs are supposed to be lurking behind so i'll wait til tomorrow and get the fairing off. At least it will be a good opportunity to have a look and clean behind there, and i'll have learnt something else about my baby

Thanks for the help tho Sean, most appreciated x
