One of my work colleagues sent me this.

My main smile of the day though is my daughter decided today was the day to go and buy an electric guitar. She's had a basic classical guitar to learn on for several years and really enjoyed having a go on my (rather dusty) electric over new year when she was staying with us. I got a pic of a £200 one she saw in a small shop she passes on her walk home from work so I sent her some more to get her a further step up the quality ladder and she went shopping to a lovely shop called GAK which is a bit further in to Brighton. So many guitars in there - it really is a super place to walk around if you like guitars. She's very happy with her Squier Strat and I'm sure she'll enjoy playing it. Getting it now before we all potentially get shut indoors is also a wise move.

The weather was nice enough today for Hugh to come out of hibernation. First prod of the starter in five months and he was alive again (thank you OptiMate), and we were off for an hour long ride around the area to blow off the cobwebs. The bonus is the roads were half deserted. Of course part of the reason for me getting out today was just in case we're all told to stay indoors soon...

I might do the same tomorrow. I would go today but I feel guilty leaving my wife at home on Mother's Day.
