Default Amazon Prime-Any users?

As per the title really. I have considered it as I order a fair bit from them, I also have a Kindle so would be able to get free books. Any thoughts or is it a waste of money?

My membership ended in January and I'm yet to renew it but it saved me a fortune in fees and nice to have next day pick up at my local newsagent.

I found most of the cheapest items were available on prime (although if not Amazon it might not be next day delivery)

As for the films, we watched quite a few although some I paid for. Never used kindle so cannot say.

Overall, when I start ordering items again I will renew my membership, I thought it was a good product and the service/helpline were always excellent. Not that you wouldn't get that with non-prime anyway

If most of your purchases are for the Kindle, it's not worth it as Amazon automatically downloads for free anyway. Prime is good if you make a lot of physical purchases. I rarely buy other than Kindle downloads, so I don't have it myself. My other half buys a lot of electrical items and physical books and she has it. Too impatient to wait for slow deliveries.

Into my second year with it now - can't fault it. Use it for physical purchases only. Don't use the film service, nor do I have a kindle.

Its £79 p/year but I think you can do it per month. Works out about the same or so as Netflix.

Might be worth a look. Ebay not so good value for things and with post. It soon adds up to the £7 pm I guess.
Plus Sarah has a kindle and some of the revision books (hard copy) David has been using are far easier to locate on amazon.

Does anyone know if you can pay monthly? Can't see anything on Amazon about it.

No yearly only. Just get the month trial. And set a reminder to cancel it because you will forget

I thought the film selection was a bit pants tbh
