Modified one of Bibio's gizmos to fit a 2002 Bandit and fitted a pair of heated grips to friends Bandit.

After putting bars on the pointy last summerI bought some mirror extender blocks and at £25 a pair(a tad expensive) they only improved the view of my elbows a bit,so purchased a pack of 4 rubber door stops from the £ shop and 2x70mm Allen studs and added them as well, they now eliminate the elbows and don't look bad either!!!sorry for some reason I can't upload pics at the moment

Adjusted the valve clearances on my Yzf r125, hopefully good for another 5k. What a pokey fiddly job.

Tinkered, or more accurately swore and raged at my SV, which started first thing, but then refused to start again after I'd filled up with fuel.
I suspect my starter motor is on its way out, so more tinkering in the very near future!

Fitted my Stebel Nautilus Airhorn to my Triumph America. I had it on the SV, but couldn't find any space on the gixxer to fit, even splitting the compressor and horn, nowt much room under a gixxer fairing!

Used the loom I made up for the SV and just extended the leads to the Stebel. I took the feed for the relay from the original horn (did the same on the SV) and ran this to the relay and then the output to the Stebel. Means the original horn sounds a fraction of a second before the airhorn pumps out it's racket.

For such a big bike, no space under the seat for relays or bib's gizmo !!!

Had a new front tyre fitted, the speed sensor drive came out in bits, which would explain the occasionally erratic speedo, so have ordered a new one,

Also made a pair of mirror extenders ( similar to what can be found on flea bay ) which seem to do the trick

Removed speedo drive and fitted captive spacer, removed coolant tank, removed fan, removed undertray and all electrics waiting for race subframe.
