1st ride out.... 24th july

Hi all, i'm free the 24th july or the 25th if any of you fancy a ride out. Would be nice to meet you all. I'm not the fastest as only had the bike a month but not a real slow coach

i was thinking of maybe - buildwas abbey as a starting point then muchwenlock to ludlow via race course, ludlow to hay-on-whye via leominster for lunch then back via knighton n then main road to shrewsbury for finish.

Duno if any of u know any better roads in that direction? I am open to suggestions.

If any of you fancy it let me know n we can talk times ect...

I'm going to the Farnborough air show (got a freeb ticket) one of those days, don't know which until I get back home Sunday.

The route you have chosen is pretty darned good (apart from the A49 from Ludlow to Leominster, but no easy way to avoid it unless you go up through Mortimer Forest on some fairly dodgy back roads), but if you started at Salop Caravans (by Emstrey Island, Shrewsbury) then you could do the fantastic B4380 to Ironbridge. Twice in your case
