Short answer, no If my trig is correct, 1:4 is 14 degrees; in my rarely humble opinion a good wheelie starts at 30 degrees (and generally ends with me on my ****, but lets skip that part).
Might boil your brakes going down it tho, so make use of that engine braking |

No, but that looks fun lol.
