anything in the Programs menu, ie from the Start button ?

or you could change the display settings in 'My Computer' so that it shows details rather than icons. Anything ending in .exe or .bat is worth a double-click

Ok, to stop messing about.

Photoshop is a HIDEOUSLY complex piece of software.

It IS however VERY good at doing what it does.

However, unless you are doing it for a living, I find it VERY difficult to justify the time, or the money, and ?500 is a lot, to learn it.

If you are just wanting a GFX/Pain proggy, can I suggest The GIMP

I find that 99% of what I want to do can be done in that, and its FREE.

Nope, theres a windows installer to take care of getting you all GIMPy

http://gimp.org/windows/

Only addition you may need to download is the manual

I taught myself photoshop, and I am still learning, and I know about 2% of it's features! It is such a great program, but will take ages to learn unless you have a mate to show you some essentials.
