Yeah, it does.

It has a 125 mile range, but how long does it take to recharge?

Until you get a vehicle with more range and a shorter charge time they are still a pipe dream.

Also, you could tell he hadn't ridden in a while...

I think it says on the site 3.5 hours to recharge or an option for 80 mins? Not sure that can be correct

Good grief, that is a truly dreadful looking bike. Personally, I'm not convinced batteries are the way to go anyway. The manufacturing of batteries, particularly when you take into account the mining of the raw materials, is one of the least environmentally friendly processes I can think of. Hydrogen fuel cells have got to be a better idea longterm.
