I would have guessed the one on the side stand - if only because I had trouble with that one.
Managed to get the bike up on a paddock stand on my own though which made it alot easier - less strain.

But thinking about it, that's an Allen Key job, rather than a bolt.

If it's the one under the radiator you can drill it out, as the replacement doesn't need the thread at the end as it goes straight on through (to be gripped the other side by a nyloc nut).

The one by the exhaust you may be able to hacksaw off. If you can, saw through the plastic/rubber washer - you'll obviously need to replace it, but it'll guide the saw blade through more accurately once your through the rubber.

Beyond that I'm not sure as I think the rest are the engine mounting bolts - which could spell trouble.

Out of curiousity, what model bike have you got?

I only ask because I've recently fitted a Suzuki seat cowl to mine (a '99 X series) and it seems to sit a little high in my opinion. I can slide my little finger into the gap between it and the main tail of the bike almost all the way round.

Wondered whether this was just me?!

No, I got that as well, I shaved quite a bit off the rubber bits and that tidied it up.
