Totally torn, I fancy a good long run but the start point is 90 miles away and my rear tyre ain't precisely new! But there again it looks dry, I did 300 miles week before last and it needs a new tyre anyways! Ahhh...

everyone that is going is around 75 miles to get there so whats an extra 15 miles between friends... lol
i dont think the pace is going to be that quick TBH. |

 got home had something to eat then watched a bit of telly, went to bed and slept like a lump of lead. |
