K5 LHS parts wanted

Some days I wonder why I got out of bed.

Quick assessment of damage, parts wanted.

gear lever, old one snapped

I also might want to borrow a rear fairing so I can send my scuffed one to be resprayed.

May have a gear linkage rod kicking about the garage, but it may be a K3 one (longer) I'll let you know tonight.

What happened? Nothing to bad I hope.

Nothing serious, bike is rideable, just a bit hard to change gear.

Plain stupidity on my part.

Have to use the bike to commute for the next few days, brain wasn't fully engaged while pushing the bike out. Someone said something to me but I couldn't hear (helmet & earplugs) so I pushed down the sidestand and walked over only to hear a crunch behind me. The bike was resting on the mirror, handle bar, top part of crash bung, seat cowl.

I sympathise totally, I don't wake up until about 10am. Problem is I have to be at work for 8:30

Oh no!!! I used all my spare K5 parts when i dropped my bike in the car park at Rigors work ages ago!!! Otherwise i would have some.

Now it does

apart from DD managed to get the rubber onto the bolt.

gear linkage rod was unbent as well.

Can never tell it's been dropped apart from the scuffs to the rear fairing, top of mirror, clutch, handle bar, peg. etc
