Bar end mirrors for a Pointy?
So I'm getting rid of the mirrors on my pointy 650s and for some kind of safety looking at getting bar end mirror for overtaking etc. Do I need a specific type or will most fit ? All help appreciated.

Re: Bar end mirrors ?
Most will fit the standard size of the sv's bars. Those ones you linked are crap btw. I got some and they vibrate like crazy so you can't see anything

Re: Bar end mirrors ?
I haven't found any decent ones at a reasonable price. I've tried a few
I use these but they are very hit or miss in terms of quality and don't last long. But they are cheap enough that I wouldn't be too upset if I dropped the bike on them. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Motorcycle...item2c75e752f8 A few companies seem to make them though, some worse than others. If you can find ones that have a small screw holding the mirror on, they are the good ones. The cheap ones have the mirror glued on and sometimes the bolts behind the mirror come loose, which you then can't get to. I can't find those ones any more though |

Bar end mirrors for a Pointy?
Don't look that great tbh. I'd get Oberon if they weren't so expensive

Yeh I was looking at them. So if I got the ones below will the 12-19mm fit my handlebars ?

Re: Bar end mirrors for a Pointy?
I had the first ones you linked in the OP. First one lasted 2 miles before going floppy and useless, the second one lasted about 100 before doing the same thing.
Would have been perfect if I could've found a way to 'lock' them in place Sent from my C6603 using Tapatalk
