The Apprentice. It is a show I cannot stand but the girls love it so when they insist I turn off the new series of Fast n Loud so they can watch it I have to leave the room. Grumble grumble.

Two trips to the city today. Once before work for a follow up visit to the eye doc then again after work to get a truck load of motor oil.
Extra 4 hours driving, 15 hour day. And I hate going to the city, all cities.
Much prefer the market towns, villages and the countryside.

Pulled shoulder muscle, didn't have it at 05:00 when I got up to use the loo.

Woke up after a doze to find a sore neck & shoulder WTF
