99.9% of the time I would have a lid on, but the very rare occasion when moving the bike in a public area with little other traffic I might forgo the pleasure

I'm sure I saw people riding about without their helmets off at the AR's camping fields........so if you said never, does that mean you've lied ?.
I'm guilty ... Moved my bike on side of the car park to the other side, no helmet. Rode from hotel to the camp side @ 500 feet, on private road and field. But going for a ride out, well that's a def helmet on time.

Even being a Sikh (therefore not needing to wear a helmet due to my turban). I would still always wear a helmet while riding my motorbike.
