Re: Any truck drivers on here
The clocks went forward on the weekend as we know but the VU stays in Universal Time Co-ordinated or GMT. Before i figured out how to change the time on the VU to match BST my tacho readout wasnt registering any driving until the clock hit midnight on the VU, which was 1am ourtime
So bascally im losing an hours driving on my readout After i altered the VU to match BST i thought it would sort the problem out and register from midnight but im still having tacho readouts that start from 1am ourtime, but midnight on the readout. My transport manager doesnt have any idea why that would happen nor do any of the other drivers Any ideas why that could be? Hope ive explained that clearly as im completley baffled by this prob Last edited by maff; 01-04-10 at 04:56 PM. |

Re: Any truck drivers on here
It should be explained in the hand book how to change the time, what make of tacho?
We have to reset ours after major service intervals as the batteries get disconnected. Surely somebody has a hand book if not just pop into your local tacho agent and ask as different models may have different reset procedures |
