Okay so it might be a little more expensive at 105 quid but I would recommend the Motorcycle Folly day at Mallory Park on Tuesday the 17th May.

As well as attracting less nutters than some organisers the day will run from 9 - 5 so there is an extra hour of track time, i.e. each group will get an additional 20 minute session over the Bennetts day.

As Chief Instructor I will also be on hand all day for advice and instruction along with two other instructors who are paid to be there, i.e. they are not there to play but are there to help you.

For further information see www.motorcyclefolly.co.uk

I just posted the complete message I got from Bennetts.

Im insured with them and forgot to tick the no offers box

£79 for bennetts customers isnt so bad though. unless you drop the bike, then try to claim from them

Hee hee, Mallory park is where I'll be in two weeks; busting up my leathers, sliding on my **** into the kitty litter and generally having imense amounts of fun on someone elses bike!

I booked into Suzuki Perfomance Riding School - expensive at £250, BUT I get to use their Gixxer 600's and have one to one tuition (which they insist on for a first timer).

I've wound myself up so much since I booked back in February about coming off (i.e; the first time I get my dodgy knee down on a lefthander) that I'm now not fussed at all, really relaxed and generally looking forward to it sooooo much.

I think I'll be driving to and from the track though - I wouldn't trust myself to be biking home after my first trackday.
If I'm not getting a lift in an ambulance that is.
