Coil pulses per revolution ? - SV650.org

Help please guys.
Still new to SV's. Sorry for what is probably an obvious question.
I'm fitting trailtech vapour clocks to my 2000 curvy (replacing nonworking aftermarket ones) and I need to set whether there are 0.5 , 1 or 2 pulses from the coil per rev of the engine.
It's set to 1 pulse per rev but reads on the clocks its idling at 1350 rpm. Just doesn't sound like it's 1350. Sounds less.
Can any of you confirm how many pulses per rev there are from the white lead to the the coil ?

1 per rev.

it might sound low but iir a curvy will want to stall anything under 1200rpm so i'm going to say that if its showing 1350ish then its right.

1350 sounds about right, because alternative pulse / rev setting figures would give either half that or double that rpm reading. If you are used to IL4 tickover SV will sound slow, but my L7 ticks over around 1250 / 1300.
