First post & first mod - CCC carbon - includes mpeg
Hi guys, just got me a new bike after a 15 year break (yeah I know I'm an old fogey)
After a good look around at everything the Japs, Brits & Gerries have to offer, it was a toss-up between the SV & an FZ6. Because I'm old & fat I thought the SV's V-twin would suit my riding style more than the frantic FZ6 - even if the Yam looks better IMO. I picked up an 05 naked from my local dealer for 3300 sheets. It's mint (well it was before I got my mits on it) only 1200 miles & 1 previous lady owner. Video of my first mod 25/08/06- bang goes the warrenty! http://www.lincolnshirelifestyle.co.uk/carboncan.wmv Well that's me :P |

Good piece of video.
The missus was listening and laughed at the "Sounds like a sewing machine" her response at the end was "Sounds like a tractor now". Don't blame me I have spent a lifetime trying to educate her and cannot punch any further knowledge into her.

Ta very much - glad you like the mpeg.
Only thing is, it's a bit bloody noisey I think I might try it with the baffle in - see what difference it makes. I love the deep sound but perhaps a few less db's would be better |

Just fitted a blue falme twin exit to my K6. Ive got one bafle out but the removing the other one would just be hooliganism!!
Specially on the bank holiday where theres more chance of getting caught!! Nice vid mate, made me giggle!! |
