Marches Meander #2 - update and who's coming - SV650.org

Just a reminder, Saturday 4 October, leaving Shrewsbury Services at 10am. Mrs darylB has suggested that we might go round the loop anti-clockwise so that we do the twisty and technical A488 first, and come back on the less twisty A49. Now that seems good thinking to me. It would mean that from the services we turn left onto the A5 westbound for one junction, turning left onto the A488 at the next roundabout from the services. Stay on this road all the way to Knighton, turn left 100 metres, turn right, stay on this road till Pen-y-Bont, turn right onto the T junction with the A44 and after about a mile turn right into the Cross Gates cafe bike park.

Incidentally I did say that if anyone wants a park bench for the night then we can find a few square feet. PM me...
