Anyone else get drenched at Goodwood?
Anybody else get to Goodwood Revival this weekend? We were up there on Sunday and got drenched. Worth it to see 10 Spitfires in the air at once though.

Didn't take the camera unfortunately and my phone is a bit **** for that sort of thing. Our youngest got a couple of pics of the Spitfires though on his. It was pretty busy actually, despite the weather. GT race that we watched in the rain was excellent. Watching 8 million quids worth of Ferrari 250GTO twitching round corners in the wet only inches away from Cobras and Astons worth not much less is pretty exciting!

Nah, I cheated & went Thursday & Friday.
Like you say, the Spitfires were immense, but not all 10 up at once. Not many bikes, but the commentator was ace during the MotoCross 'parade' - " they're going off the track! " Didn't get wet until nearly home Sunday, but not until doing 8000 rpm in top for 20 miles ( on a private road of course )
