Two very different visitors today. First this morning the CEO off Microsoft, over from the USA. Having a bowl here on the outfield.

Then TV historian Dan Snow recording a show about the Duke of Edinburgh and he popped in to see the urn before heading off at the end of filming.

Out for a wander yesterday with Lady Poppy, the munchkin, her other half and my compact camera as I was feeling lazy. By the end of our trek (via a jolly nice pub for lunch) we stood on the edge of the Chilterns at Whiteleaf Cross looking out over the Vale of Aylesbury and Oxfordshire at the rain coming in. Got back to the car just in time.

Lovely. Unfortunately I had to work yesterday and unlike you I did get caught in the rain, or monsoon. Not much fun on a push bike.
