Hugger?
Hi can anyone recomend a hugger for my k8 naked. Is there any diffefrence in model years, as when i spoke to pyramid today they said the 05 wont fit the 08 but theres a red fox hugger on ebay and it says it will fit k3-k7. Who do i beleive? I want a carbon fibre 1 to, or carbon look will do

Re: Hugger?
IMHO get the genuine Suzuki one. It is the best looking.
You need the right one for your year as they moved the toolbox around and I dont believe a K3 one will fit a K5 or onwards bike. Otherwise its up to you, if you are going carbon, dont get a carbon look one get a proper carbon one as they look much nicer IMHO.

Re: Hugger?
Thanks i thought carbon look ends up looking cheap, to be honest iv always felt carbon extras look tacky they just seem to suit my bike its black frame with metalic grey paint. Any ideas how much the genuine suzuki is?

Re: Hugger?
The K5 will fit at least up to the K7, and I don't think they changed anything.
Someone may correct me. I have the OEM and could not be happier with the fit. Color match will be a problem, though..... I'll have a look at the US site and see if they list them yet. |

Re: Hugger?
Nope, only up to 07. And $199 US. I got mine brand new off eBay for $41 delivered, but waited 6 months for one to come up, no one else bid. Just lucky, I guess.
I think the color match will be the biggest difference. |

Re: Hugger?
Suzuki do a carbon fibre hugger and the guy I bought mine off saud it cost him £120. Might be worth giving them a call.
Incidentally I managed to pick mine up, unused, on eBay for £60!
