I do still have it. It was ok but will only do 35mm. I tend to use 300 dpi for web use as its faster. Anything else is done at 1200 to 2400 if I need them larger but it takes time.

Time to put a film through the Canon Dial before the shutter stiffens up again.

The Epson I have is the Perfection 2450, it came with proper film holders including 120 and 4x5. Excellent bit of kit, if a little old and it was a pain to make work with Windows 10. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Epson-Perfe.../dp/B0000C79GL

Very good scanners. A V500 is about £170.

How about this
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/322584951286
it's pick up only from Sheffield which usually puts buyers off. Seller says he just downloads the latest drivers and it works with Win 8/10.

Thats a good price. You can download drivers from Epson, scanning software as well. Pity that wasn't closer to me! http://esupport.epson-europe.com/Pro...AkxgU003D&tc=6

I might give this a go:

https://www.lomography.com/magazine/...r-cool-effects

Takes a lot longer but isn't temperature sensitive. I have a roll of 126 preloaded in the tank so will try over the next couple of days.

It does take a while. I'm wondering about times and room temperatures though. Rooms are warmer in summer. It'll be interesting to see your results
