Re: The Single malt appreciation thread.
It would have been impolite not to and as I had no wish to offend I was brave and did drink it.
Bit like when somebody makes you a meal that you don't really like but you eat it anyway Thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it |

Re: The Single malt appreciation thread.
Tried Springbank(?) in The Grill bar in aberdeen a couple of weeks back, recommended by one of the locals. Very impressed, especially as there was no furry tongue the following morning.

Re: The Single malt appreciation thread.
yeah yeah, what ever Mind you I'd much prefer jameisons than Penderyn, the welsh stuff. When we were in London at xmas we ordered one of each, and I ended up with the Jameisons, as the other stuff was wayyyyy too harsh

Re: The Single malt appreciation thread.
Oh tough talk, I can tell you're not in range....
Anyway just polished off the last third of Clynelish and cracked open the Glanlivet, although the Aberlour 16 is looking very inviting to doesn't say so, but works really well with tramadol..... Cheers Mark.

Perhaps thats the problem, just like kids with food and stuff with "E" content.
Better for me when it doesn't contain any "E,s" N.B. Having this mental picture of a drug fueled alcoholic |

Re: The Single malt appreciation thread.
Sometimes it's necessary, might as well have a decent flavour
