How much oil, there's usually some in the air box

Might help knowing where you're based, then folk can come round and help you out

Pics would assist too

cheers for reply im in the west midlands not far from stourbridge... the air box was very wet and i can see the oil level at the btm when i look down the inlet port , could it be that when it was on its side it may have tracked back through the crankcase breather system filled the airbox-carb-then cylinder? as there is none out the exhaust .....

Yeah that scenario is quite possible.
Suck as much as you can out of the port, then take the plugs out and crank it by hand (turn rear wheel in gear or use a socket on crank), to make sure it isn't hydraulically locked.

For the alarm you'll need to track through the loom and see what the buggers have cut up to fit it and take all the bodges out.

For the ignition you can disassemble the switch by taking the barrel off it and just use it like a switch or get a replacement set, or indeed build a lightweight loom with no switch at all just the killswitch.
