My mate got married at this pub. Great views. The beach at nearby Crantock is superb - the tide goes out for miles and it's a great walk if you're into that sort of thing.

If you are heading down to Lands End, check out Sennen Cove on the way.

Also this pub is great especially in the summer:

Though maybe a bit of a trek from Bodmin!

Hey, I used to live in Falmouth! For food, there used to be a place called Hunkydory (I think) crap name, really good food. No 33. used to be another favourite up the high street the other way towards the marina. Plus of course there is the legendary Oggy Oggy pasty shop.

Apart from Sennan Lands End is just a tourist spot, its not that nice. The Lizard is far nicer, and the cafe on the cliff at the very end car park beyond the NT one has the best breakfast views must be in the UK. The walk around the Lizard is great too. St Ives is very pretty if you can get there at a quiet time and any of the villages and coves between Sennen and there along the north are worth visiting. Looe is nice too as is FAlmouth as Ed says. You cant go far wrong really...unless its peak time. Eeek.
