SV1000S k4 engine swap - SV650.org

Hi,
After having issues with first gear (jumping under acceleration), I'm going to swap the engine with a used one.
Is there a guide on how to do this specific to the sv1000? Tried searching, but Google doesn't come up with much and the search function here doesn't seem to work on mobile.
Also, I've seen people mention the online manual lots, but the only one I've found just seems to have service data (like dimensions and wear limits) and no how tos. Anyone got a link for that too?

I got my manual disc from ebay for a quid or so. Engine swap should be straight forward, but I've not done my SV. Later thou's from K5 ( Black Frames ) had slightly different engines ( higher compression etc ), bigger throttle bodies and a different ECU for better power and throttle response. Don't know how much this affects interchangability though. Sid will.
