I'm trying to butter up the buyer to see if I can get a better deal.

Fun (untrue) fact. the French like baguettes so much that they used to wear them as shoes. The trend faded when there was a lot of foot 'pain'.

Yet again the BBC fail to get one of their sports a winner on SPOTY despite their biased propaganda.

Well done G, a deserved winner

Looking forward to see the voting percentages

More like relief of the day really. Discovered a hard lump beside the right hand side of my windpipe about level with my collarbone. As you can imagine I was a bit alarmed at the discovery so phoned the doctors this morning. Dr called me back an hour later and told me to come straight in for a look. An examination by the assistant physician working with my Dr and by the doctor himself led them to the conclusion that it is a lymph gland which has swollen as part of the process of dealing with the horrible cold and cough I had the week before last. I've to go back in four weeks to check that it's returned to normal size.
Phew!!

Glad it's something normal, lumps aren't funny at any age

Yep never ignore lumps. Glad it's nothing sinister.
