Default Overnight Car Parking In Milton Keynes????

I "have a friend" who is going to see Robbie Williams at Milton Keynes Bowl tomorrow night and needs to find somewhere to park a 6 berth (i.e. big) motorhome overnight within walking distance of the Bowl.

Any ideas/recommendations

Sorry I've got no useful answers for you but I entered a competition at work to go see that gig (thought it would be worth a giggle seeing as i've got nothing else in my life going on at all)...

I lost. I see a pattern developing here...

IIRC there's a few housing estates near the bowl that don't take too kindly to parking. I've parked there before now, on someone's driveway, but then I'm a cheeky c-nut (and the car wasn't mine). I think they'd notice a big motor home.

Edit: the reason that I parked on a driveway was that I saw Plod driving around the estates checking for cars that were parked outside of driveways. There's a strict no praking policy on those roads, and anyone that disobeys, gets a parking ticket, no questions asked.

All the roads by the bowl have grass verge's, but I dont think Plod would take too kindly to you camping there either.

I think you'll be lucky to find somewhere within reasonable walking distance unless it's one of the even car parks. And those may be locked after a certain time.

Up at the station, maybe? They usually do shuttles down from the station to the Bowl...
