Default EvoTech Tail Tidy

Anyone got one? Any good? How do you rate them?

Further to my previous post, I think I am gonna go for one of these this time, instead of the Hamicad equivalent. Just wondered what any of you guys thought about them before I part with my hard earned.

Cheers

I've had one fitted for about 10months now, so far I've had no problems at all.

The fitting is quite easy, once ALL the screws are out (maybe a wash down before I started would have helped) and looks great when finished.

The piece it self is very well made, the only issue (though not an issue ) is that you loose the tool box clips (at least on a k3), I still elave mine loose under the seat.

All in all 5/5.

Cheers,

Neil

Got one here too.

Flawless really, easy enough to fit, doesn't leave gaps, number-plate light is angled down properly.

Buy one.

It's really easy to put on.. so chuffed even I as a girl managed it, also indicator cables are also neatly hidden.. get one

Only thing I did get wrong was to put the indicators the wrong way round.. and had to take it off again.. Doh!!

Another vote for the evo here. Easy to fit. You'll need some washers to act as spacers to tighten up the indicators mind. The K5 has the toolkit in it's own fiddly space and not stored under the rear seat. You loose the connector brackets though, i used velcro to sort that.

I have the Evotech and rate it highly.
If you are going for the Evotech you can specify which idicators you are fitting.
I went for the aftermarket indicators and the tail tidy has the small holes instead of the big holes.
I will add a piccy shortly.

i've got an evotech and it seems very well made.

i did notice a bit of water in the underseat compartment but no-one else i've spoken to has had this problem (and in fairness i use the bike in some torrential storms recently)
