Default Bar lift project for comfort

Hi All
I have got an 2002 SV650 and I have lifted the bars up very nicely with bars from a BMW 1200GS Adventure

THey are in another post I made it wont let me attach them.

http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=219218

Maybe not that attractive but its lovely to ride.

Super manly every time i get onto my bike I feel like Terminator 2 getting onto the Fatboy

Now i have bought a 2016 SV650 ABS and I want to lift up the bars here too.
the wiring is tighter tho

Does any one have advice please

i would like to know how many electric cables are hidden beneath each sheath if anyone knows

Where can I get extended cables for the accelerator and the clutch
on the old lift I used a clutch cable for an vstrom I think and it worked great.

What type of hydraulic cable can i get to lift up the reservoir?

Sorry to sound like a jerk can no one please advise me against this
I have raised the old SV650 to an almost excessive degree and had 5 years of joyful and very comfortable riding about.

thank you so much
