Rear fairing
Hi all
How do i remove rear fairing to get at reg rec. Can move front but back near brake light wont budge . Thanx in advance Glyn |

There are 2 self tapping screws near the rear light that need undoing to remove the fairing.
They are located on the under side of the fairing

Also the grab rail needs to come off, bolts are under the back seat, and there is a screw or two holding the two halves together under the seats. After that I think it's a nasty case of having to pull the thing apart as much as you dare until it clears the bits underneath it. It's not a great way of fitting, I've only tangled with it a couple of times.

On mine, the cross head screws numbered 13 (apt) in the picture above were made of cheese and even an impact driver with my body weight on it was not enough to stop the centre giving up before the large diameter screw loosened. Be warned!

Thank u all now got fairing off.sorry but got another question.Near the rec reg i found a white connector with a plastic black square anyone any ideas.
