...the BMW off road course?

I'm going to book this soon, but it says you need a good level of fitness. How good do they mean???

I can ride my bike all day and feel a bit tired, and I walk to work every day, but I couldn't run a mile.

Default Re: Anyone ever done...

Not a BMW, one but I did a Honda off road experience a couple of years ago.

I was completely knackered afterwards, I was stiff for a couple of days afterwards as it works your leg and arm muscles really hard. Mine was more motocross focused, but if the BMW one is more green laning / trial riding you might not get as knackered.
