I no there is loads about helmets but this is more for the girls!!
What's folks favourite helmets? I'm going helmet shopping soon and just wondered if there were any favs I should look out for and try on?!! AND I would like one that doesn't look to girly but that doesn't look masculine either!! SO pink is out of the question! lol |

Re: New Helmet!
Shark do a good range of helmets that are more feminine. They also do a pink one in the butterfly one, but I agree, PINK is just a no no.
I've had two slightly girly ones from them now. cost about £150.

Re: New Helmet!
My approach was to find a shop with a good selection of helmets, start at £100 and work my way up until I found a really good fit. Check that it had the appropriate safety stickers and a decent strap. Then look at what colours were available.
If money was no object I'd just start at the other end of the rack and follow the same procedure. Either way I think the fit of a helmet matters much more than whether it's available in pink! Just my thoughts, Keith. |

Re: New Helmet!
If you read above - I DONT WANT PINK!!! lol, not a pink girl!
I think i want to spend btwn £300 and £450. Won't be picking a helmet for the design, just wondering if any of the lassies had seen any particualrly nice ones. Always feel that a bright helmet helps you get noticed! |

Re: New Helmet!
I love my Arai condor - fits like a glove, comfy, does everything I want. The second I put it on, I'd bought it.
