London Congestion Charges
Wondering if anyone can help - i'm travelling down to Paddington Fire Station on my bike, and am only finding very confusing info about congestion charges
Does anyone know if this area is in the zone; and are bikes exempt. Apparently trikes are! thanks in advance |

Bikes are exempt from the charge as according to evil-Red-Ken, bikes don't create congestion.

The last review suggested charging for motorcycles though. I thought it was all about reducing congestion not making money
