Next bike - GSXR600 2009 or CBR600F 2011?

cant comment on the gsxr 600 but my mate upgraded from curvy to an 09 gsxr750. he said the difference in the engine size was great as the increased power/torque wasnt a negative drop from the twin.

i had a brief go on it and the riding position to me, seemed pretty similar to my pointy. just enough forward without feeling like you are on the front wheel. with plenty of leg room (5 10) and generally pretty comfy. hoping the sun stays out so i can get a better go on it and will report back with thoughts. (well if you havent upgraded already!)

I've read loads about the 750 being better than the 600, but I feel a 750 will be too much of a step up. I've only been riding for 2 years and don't want something too fast. I'm thinking of getting the 600 and then maybe upgrading to a 750 in a couple of years.

And I'm planning on getting the bike in August when my insurance runs out so plenty of time yet.

I upgraded to a 750 after 3 years riding, you're the one riding the bike, not the other way round. It's just the better mid-range and then (when you want or need it) the chunkier top end. You won't regret it. If you're not sure get a test ride, that'll answer all your questions

I have a 600 k9 and on that model and it much better then over models not as good as a 750.

Don't worry bout speed of the bike because its only as fast as u make it
