Curvy top yoke. - SV650.org

Hey all, looking for info regarding the interchangability of the top yokes for my 1999 sv650s curvy, ideally I want to change the yoke to the naked version so I can use flat bars. Has anyone done this? Is it do-able? Don't want to cut the fairing to accommodate the bars on full lock either and hopefully not have to change cables etc.
Bit of a 'wish list' I know .... anyone actually done this conversion? Any hints/tips?
