Default Bike (s) you miss?

Realising I kind of miss the GSXR750 that I had to sell recently. Wish I hadn't needed to get rid of it. Wondering if anyone has a particular bike they got rid of and wish they still had?

My Beta Rev 3 250. Totally impractical but just fun to explore with, go to the beach, try to wheelie. Just mess about on. I MOT'd it so used to get some strange looks riding down the street standing up on it

I still miss my lightly modded GT380 (cleaned-up ports, 20 thou off the heads, J&R power pipes).

The way the double-edged cackle from the pipes hardened into a banshee wail as the revcounter hit 5,000, and the bike surged forward, made the hair on your neck (and some other things ) stand up. It was pure magic.

Oddly enough, my SV650. The GSX I replaced it with was stable but boring and the T100 I have now is nice to ride but I dare not leave it unattended anywhere. Plus it takes ages to clean.

I was going to say---
Laverda 750S
A really superb handling bike but a bit of a nightmare on the reliability front.

Really miss two previously in my stable....
Brand new 1994 blade, and a close second my RG500.
The RG was always plotting to kill me everytime I rode it, soooooo much peaky power but strangely addictive.
The blade was nothing short of a revelation for me having ridden /owned a few early to mid 80's jap steeds such as GS1000G, GSX1100 katana, GPZ 900R and a Honda CB750KZ.
Probably a strange statement but I much preferred 70's /80's bikes to modern bikes tbh.
