Cage drivers

Due to the growing concern about poor driving standards in Gt.Britain the Department of Transport have devised an urgent compulsory scheme to identify poor and dangerous drivers.

This system will allow all road users to instantly recognize those potentially hazardous and dangerous motorists with limited driving skills.

From the 1st June 2006 all those drivers who are found to be a potential hazard to all other road users will be issued with a white flag, bearing a red cross.



These flags MUST be clipped to a door of the car and be visible to all other drivers and pedestrians and will clearly indicate the inability to drive properly.



Those drivers who have shown exceptionally poor driving skills, together with a very low IQ will have to display two of these flags, one on each side of the car to indicate an even greater lack of driving skill, and low intelligence.

Please circulate this to as many other motorists as you can, in order that all other road users as well as pedestrians will be in no doubt as to the meaning of these flags.
