Default who make these crash bungs?

Not wanting to hijack the guy below but does anyone know who these crash bungs are made by and are they any good? They are solid metal and bolt into the fairing bracket but doesnt seem to have any additional strengthening other than that. Photos (if they work) aren't great sorry

When you say fairing bracket, are you referring to the Suzuki piece of **** banana bracket?

The Suzuki fairing bracket is made of cheese, it's to support the fairing for fitting. It has no strength what so ever - spoken from experience....

Do yourself and your bike a favour, get the proper RG ones. £95.00 of piece of mind.
Those bits of plastic are damn expensive.

Sorry no idea where the bung is from. Looks like someone's homemade one on a lathe.

Yeah that rusty banana is the one, didn't look up too much as i thought. I suppose I will have to put them on the list above seat cowl and tail tidy then.

So are the new r&g crash buns the ones to go for? Motosliders seem to be a lot more expensive now. Doing a search earlier mentioned they were better and cheaper than r&g.

The R&Gs come with a very solid alloy mount to replace the bit of rusty bent tin that Suzuki use to support the fairing.

I've seen this on their website but read on here that they have a design flaw which motosliders don't.

Like you say though anything is better than the oem rubbish

It does seem so, can you only buy them on Ebay? £160 is more than I can afford right now R&Gs are about my limit.

What makes motosilders worth so much more than the crashbobbins.com ones that came installed on mine?
