I can tell you that the seat cowell has been copied from an srad era gsxr or TL

The headlight cowell is from a modern oil cooled bonnie or BMW 9t naked

I was talking to our local Suzuki Dealer when the new shape SV was introduced. He said that when they went to the Suzuki launch, there was a really awesome looking Cafe Racer version there. I'm assuming that this must be it.
