Unhappy XBoX 360 Needs Fixing!

My XBoX is experiencing some difficulties and I have no idea where to take it to get repaired. As far as I can work out its the plug that the cable that takes the pics and sounds to the telly goes into on the back of the xbox. Where do I take it to get repaired? Will somewhere like Game do it at a reasonable price?

How old is it? Is it not under warranty.

Try contacting xbox support, the numbers in the handbook and available online. They'll collect it from your house and return it repaired. It's not exactly cheap, my son's just had his back, cost £60 all in. New 12 month warranty though.

What type of connection do you have? I will check tomorrow evening but believe I have spare cables from the various machines I have owned.

I've tried numerous cables on mine and then on another machine to check it's not the cables! Thanks anyway. It's looking like I might send it back to Microsoft for them to have a poke around at it.

I'm not getting any error codes as far as I know. Where would it give me them? I just thing its not sending any pic or sound out from the connector that goes to the telly.
