need help, anyone got a toyota carina
dont laugh at the motor its the wifes, need to know where & how to check the gear box oil & how to top it up if needed.

I don' t know as it's not a car sold in the USA... but my many years of wrneching would lead me to believe....
If it's front wheel drive there's probably a dip stick somewhere under the hood. You also add oil through the dip stick hole using a small funnel. If it's rear wheel drive there's probably a plug on the side of the trans about 1/2 way up. You pull the plug and fill it until oil comes out. |
